Born into a musical family, his grandfather belonged to the Symphonic Orchestra of Porto and his father to the Calouste Gulbenkian Orchestra for about 40 years. He showed talent for music when he was only three years old, having started to learn the violin at the age of 5. He continued his learning up to 18 years old, graduating from the National Conservatory of Music and later in Musicology by the  Lisbon's Superior school of music. He played in the Youth Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra of the Portuguese Musical Youth, Calouste Gulbenkian Orchestra and Metropolitan Orchestra of Lisbon.

Nuno Flores has several international tours and recording partnerships with diverse and ecletic musicians. He participated on the second album the band Entre Aspas, on "Mysterium" of Rodrigo Leão / Vox Ensemble, and he played on the first album as a guest  of Moonspell, he also recorded with the UHF band six themes and two themes with António Manuel Ribeiro solo. He made several national and international tours and recordings with the singer Paul Bragança. He has also collaborated with the artists \ groups, GNR, Santos e Pecadores, Blindzero, Titans, Ivete Sangalo, Raimundos, Tony Garrido, Carlinhos Brown, among others.

He was a member of the Quinta do Bill band between 1993 to 2005 and a founding member of the innovative projects - Os Corvos, Amadeus Ensemble (a group of string that wears XVIII century clothes ) and "The Crow".

 He Participated in the violin courses of the Estoril Coast with Zoria Chicmurzaeva and Gerardo Ribeiro at the Gulbenkian Foundation. He also played on the contemporary music encounters with the Gulbenkian Orchestra.

He often performs Live Acts with various DJs, to mentiont: DJ Vibe, Pete Tha Zouk, Luis Leite, etc., playing in some of the best national clubs such as Lux Fragile, Budha Club, New State, Club W, etc.
